Our Journey
From an active fleet of around 3,000 in September 2023, we've now grown to more than 5,000 and charted out to new locations to become the leading manpower service provider in the Philippines.

Incorporation
Interdiction International Manpower Services Inc. (IIMSI) was incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
October 2021
The First Shift
IIMSI was amended to Interdiction International Logistic and Transport Manpower Services Inc. (IILTMSI)
June 2024
Rebranding and Expanding
Ex-Lazada Executive Allan Ancheta acquired the company and rebranded to INT Logistics and Manpower, offering both 3PL and manpower services.
December 2024
Dreaming Bigger
INT aims to close the year strong with 10,000 active fleet.
September 2021
DOLE Certification
The Company got its certificate of registration from the Department of Labor and Employment in compliance with DOLE 174, which is valid for 2 years or until August 1, 2025.
September 2023
Growing the Business
IILTMSI President Brenda Cordero, sought to expand operational coverage and transform the team, given growing business demands and 2,886 active fleet count.
July 2024
Achieving Milestones
INT achieved highest watermak to date at 5,100 active fleet count and growing. INT started offering 3PL services in Davao.
